So far it's good. There's a lot of change going on and I'm hoping the processes we install will help increase efficiencies. I also really hope that there is a change in policy where we get a stipend for professional development, home office expenses, and fitness/self-care.

I'd say RSU but the stock price is way down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be trying to be more transparent with all the change that has happened.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
providing professional development budget and some sort of home office and fitness stipend since I'm fully remote and the company doesn't have to pay for my office expenses.
