They are very supportive, not putting too much pressure on me because they know that I'm still knew in the process and I am still learning everything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems nice, very helpful even the management are very approachable. they value the welfare of their employees by sometimes giving rest day or day off after a long but fruitful week.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the HMO that I can extend up to 3 dependents. because health care here in the Philippines is very expensive so should the need to be hospitalized arises, it won't be a problem for us.
