The culture is great and we have some amazing people here but we have lost way too many people and it's overloading those that are left. It is starting to negatively impact my health.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the focus on employees as far as the CaRing Days and above average # of paid holidays. Thanksgiving being a 4 day holiday is nice. I used PTO to make Christmas and New Year's the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was hired I was given rsu's worth $85K as part of my compensation plan so roughly $21k per year since they vest over a 4yr period. They are now worth 25% of that which means my compensation this year will be far less than last year.
