I would it's great. I am happy with my compensation and benefits and our Engagement Team has been doing an excellent job. I am happy with my direct leaders, Khent and Joelle, who has been very supportive. What I do not like is how quick changes are happening and it makes me feel insecure about job.

The quarterly MBO. This also motivates me to give my best in achieving my quarterly goals.

I like how my leaders entrust the job to me. They partner with you to help you be more successful in your role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is very specific to Joelle, Marga, and Khent - I love working with them. They make work extra enjoyable. Working sessions and collaborations are the best. My Manager, Joelle, has also been very supportive since I joined.
