What is the best part about your compensation package?
The balance between salary, RSUs, benefits and time off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that RingCentral's leadership is comprised of genuine people who care about the product, and also care about their employees' lives outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close, but we and are excited to work with other teams and RingCentral coworkers. Everyone I have interacted with at RC has been kind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team steps up for one another like none I've ever seen. When someone needs help, multiple people are willing to assist with a smile on their face.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is clear to me that RC takes hiring seriously, the people I work with are people who I genuinely enjoy spending time with and who care about their work in a way that doesn't take over their lives outside of work, and is well balanced.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am working with a client or potential client and I can tell that what I said got through to them. Either a comment about our software, a joke, or when I ask about their weekend/life/kids and they can tell (I hope) that I genuinely care and am not asking simply because I have to.
