Well, I got a decent basic offer and was given a raise after six months so not bad for a start.

I like how they value my ideas. I love how they entrust me we with new task even though I'm just new to the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that no one get's left behind. We always collaborate on things that we do not understand. We work as one. I also like the fact that we also have time to talk about non-work stuff and laugh even if we are not in a face to face environment.
