
It varies per person actually. Some are great. Floor support are worst but few of them are ok.
I feel like being bombarded with too much information. Being cross trained for different skills within US and UK. I would like to master 1 skill only to be able to help the customer well.
This would be for the floor supports. Sometimes when you ask questions in the group chat, nobody replies to you. I am not being entitled but, it is hard to ask or enter a meeting just to ask question when talking to the customer.
Please set proper training. Do not assume all agents can grasp new information in a very limited time. Do refresher training. Do not overly cross train agents. Doesnt mean agent was trained for a specific upskill doesnt mean they can memories it all. It is better to focus and master 1 skill
Agents are being multi skilled and even accepting call with mix of UK and US and it is very confusing. Some procedures are different with UK and US. Proper training should be excecuted as well. 1 upskill training only gives you 5 days. The training itself when you enter RingCentral is very short.
