the only thing i dont like here is that the VL request and approval is not easy. in our team, only one rep can file a leave on a friday and we cannot file a leave on monday and those are the dates most people need rest for. i think there should be more allocation.

the management is very engaging and they always do something fun so it's not boring even if we work at home

i dont feel like there's a complete team work within the team, maybe it's because we havent met in person yet, i hope it improves
