harmonious working environment even working remotely and the constant touch point

they are very involved in each member of the their resources regardless of the role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we could be offer better benefits and pay. aslo a bit disappointed that pay increase was moved to July

in spite of handling different tasks and expertise, the team is very supportive in everyone and proper appreciation is given

they are trying to bounce back from the recent lay offs and org changes and they are upfront with the company changes
What makes you most happy at work?
i am not micromanage and i can work at my own pace and the liberty and trust given to me by my immediates
What are some of the best things about your team?
the work culture within the team is at par to what i've experience from my previous company. they are very approachable and most of the time go beyond from what is asked
