This is the best job I've ever had, I'm very happy with the type of work that I do and the environment on my team and with my manager. I love that my leadership team trusts that I will complete my work without micro-managing. I only wish some parts of the company were more clear, such as benefits.

The compensation is great, it's the main reason I came to RingCentral and also the reason I haven't looked for any other jobs since joining.
