I have had a great experience at RingCentral. My work has been recognized from day one by my managers. What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I know that I can rely on my manager and coworkers when I need help. This helps me lighten the load on my shoulders, knowing that I'm not alone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the MBOs that we are offered, as well as the opportunity to be reviewed every year for a merit raise. I only wish that our quarterly bonuses could be offered in cash, as well as the stock option.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very collaborative team. Any time I get stuck on something, I know that I can reach out to any member of my team for help. If they don't know the answer, they will help you find someone who does.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like the culture is very inclusive. People will make time to get to know you and support your professional goals. I like that my manager makes a huge effort to check in with me and make sure that I'm on track to help our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is transparent about which direction they are taking our organization and the fact that there are going to be some growing pains. However, they have made it clear that they are open to feedback and want to make our jobs as efficient as they can.
