Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I started out loving RingCentral and have since become disenchanted. The silos, egos, reverence for leadership (above logic), office attendance mandates, and layoffs have all negatively impacted my perception of the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate the flexibility to work from home.

Having the freedom to design and execute on projects.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I appreciate that we have each other's backs and it's not a blame game when something goes wrong.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I appreciate that the company recognizes the strife in US culture and addresses it head on with people's best interest in mind.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most of the people on my team are very willing to help one another. Mostly there is a genuine interest in one another's lives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The mandates of going into the office seem irrelevant to the work produced. I also believe hiring "Yes Men" do not add value to the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I believe strongly in servant leadership and putting people first. I feel as though there has been a company turn towards profit over people that I find disheartening.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate Vlad's honesty. I have a lot of respect for Kira Makagon and her desire to help others. It seems evident to me that Sonalee Parekh cares about people and authenticity.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I'm very encouraged by what I have seen in Mo and hope the company works to weed out arrogance as it does not align with the company value of humility and impacts the culture negatively.
