I LOVE what I do and am grateful that my role is my absolute dream job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem genuine in caring about employees AND customers but many are new so it is a bit tricky to answer
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are authentic and look for ways to assist one another, whether it is to cover, help carry the load or just listen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy having the unlimited PTO because my team works well beyond a 40 hour week and I enjoy receiving a bonus though I wish it had not changed over to stock as it is very confusing.
