Leads should be professional in communicating and dealing with their agents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of them are always willing to assist and help others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working at home. I would love is we can just all work from home instead of work at the office. We can save time for our travel going to and from work. I can focus more if I am working alone in the comfort of my own home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how they organized after shift virtual parties. Although our team leader at times act unprofessional we can still manage to do our work the best we could. I just wish team leader would avoid micromanaging the team for us to be able to work on our own and to be able to focus more on our work.
