I've had a very negative experience here. The pay is abysmal, I've been told multiple times that if I don't think my pay is comparable in the Bay Area, I should move. That's unacceptable for a Bay Area based company. Also mass layoffs of the HR department without any notice or succession planning

Lots of new creative ideas
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making and keeping quarterly goals, communicating staff changes appropriately
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting buy in from leaders to focus on DEI, social impact, community, etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have peers in the same position at other companies making Pay fair wages for the Bay Area. $30-$40K more on annual base salary. I know we have RSU's but raising base pay would help. My raise this year didn't even match half of inflation.
