What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have different sets of events organized every month. Plus, we welcome people regardless of their background or orientation. We are inclusive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The goals they set are clear-cut. It's also important that they are very transparent about the development and setbacks in the company. Leaders are very visible too, which I appreciate a lot.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have weekly meetings and we have a team group chat where we exchange tips and tricks with our job, as well as discuss things outside work too. We have an avenue to express ourselves and exchange ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I somehow feel that my current salary is just enough for me to get by with my basic necessities. Prices of goods and services are soaring and I feel that the pay should also be commensurate with it.
