Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am very pleased with the decision I made 3 years ago to move over to RingCentral. Moving to a software company was a big adjustment coming from the traditional telco world, but so happy I did. I still am in disbelief some days with the perks available. thank you

exec leadership team seems very down to earth and approachable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like the company truly does care for employees, not just lip service.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do appreciate the quarterly bonus, plus I feel my salary is inline with the hectic nature of my role.

Stock options (if only it would go up), I would like to see quarterly bonus optional to receive cash vs stock

The company truly values the employees and the perks like food, ride sharing and pay all truly validates their commitment to employees.

My leadership team is always willing to engage when needed, has an open-door policy, and never hesitated to jump in when I need backup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a little family. At a moment's notice, we could all pick up and run with one another's workload as needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have THEE best team I've ever had in my 28 years in the telco industry. We are all well established and no one is afraid to jump in with both feet to help and cover PTO when needed. everyone is knowledgeable and also sharing info to make sure the team is all up to speed on current process etc.
