based on my experience Team Leader and Managers are so bias, They should consider other member as well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing is positive, especially my Team Leader, he is not very encouraging
What makes you most happy at work?
be compensated accordingly, my TL should also consider the other team member and do not focus on one his favorite member only
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide a fair appraisal, I only got 800+ for this year appraisal, my TL or no one discussed to me why I only received that amount
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be Fair and don't be bias. My Team leader and manager are Bias, They only see the good job of the people they like, but didn't recognized the other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be respectful. they should set a boundaries and limitation especially when it comes to work load, each one of us have a different style and strategy, don't consider that the other person' strategy is wrong and yours is right
