I cannot measure how thankful, grateful, and blessed I am working here in RC. I was able to provide food to our table. We do have our own dream house now that I am really blessed and really proud of. Thank you, RingCentral for everything. I am really blessed to be working here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since I am in training right now. I am excited to learn new things. People make me happy. Most RC employees are really friendly and approachable. So I really love chatting or working with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really doing their best to provide the things that we need. Like the request of dual monitor and they already worked on that for some of us. They also try their best to communicate to us through their podcasts or email communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I only experienced a one-time adjustment for the October review but every April they are giving some fair compensation for a job well done for the past year. You just need to prove to the management team that you are deserving since I always aiming to get at least a 4.0 average scorecard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am new to CC ENT team so I am not really sure how to answer this question but with CC team under UM Jervin's team, he is really approachable and he really provide me an update every now and then. Same thing with CC ENT with TL Marvin Buhay, he's updating us with the process here in ENT.
