I'm still grateful that I have this job. I can still say that I'm more fortunate than the others from other company. I am just a little bit disappointed on how everything changed. I was more happy during my first year here but now I can no longer feel and say that. Pressured, confused, unsatisfied.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie we have in our team and the generosity to share a knowledge to everyone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Floor supports and other higher tiers must be approachable and reachable enough. We need more intensive trainings not just email or written troubleshooting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just hope that Maxicare covers Maternity check up and lab tests. We were asked to handle tier 2 cases but we are not getting any special or additional allowance for that. Getting more task but not compensated enough.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It used to be work and life balance but now it changed. I just hope that this company will value people again like before. We need transparency and honesty. We heard a lot of promises and plans that never happened.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not heard from them for quite some time now. I'm not sure where RCX is leading to. We don't have a direction right now. Everthing changes from time to time. I feel like we are being left behind and nobody really sees our effort and contribution. Nobody is hearing what we really need.
