Proactive - sample: surveys. But I'm not really sure if they actually read each comment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration. I also believe that our recruitment team needs to do a better job at hiring employees based on what they can actually do and not based on what's written on their resumes.
