at first, it was fine. during the pandemic was fantastic. now, we are going hybrid, I just hope that they really care about their people. giving the hybrid policy is kind of off. If the RC goal is to "WORK ANYWHERE" then why the company itself cannot do it? That's all. Thank you guys!

If Acquire/RC are bendable in the WFH set-up and improve the compensations/benefits of each employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Employer Success maybe? As they give the employee a break and remind us to pause and breathe. They let us enjoy the moment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
some departments paid well, unlike in our own department. although, the tasks I might say are reason enough to pay and compensate the employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As I have said, the MNL team is the best. They are the ones who are there to champion you and help you. The most patient and understanding people I know. That is why some of us are staying because of this.
