
Teammates, it would be better if the chat Team has their own initiative like events.
Added tasks like we are now taking care of the tier2 cases without proper training and we are not aware of the new changes.
No one wants to work for a team leader. They need Complete Management Training and Motivate their employees, Communication should be a two-way street so they need to listen to their employees to provide good and positive communication because we feel unvalued. and Treat their team with respect.
I think what we need is to have leaders that know how to approach their agents well and they need leadership training just like my previous call center companies. They know how to approach and how take care of their agents not only just taking care of their numbers and metrics.
