It has been a blast working with RingCentral. I didn't ever realize that I've been here this long. I would say that it isn't all rainbows and unicorns but like they always say, there's a light at the end of every tunnel.

The positive outlook of everyone in the company is what I like best.

They consider valuing one's health - physical and mental. They also seek for further improvement on role with personal development plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It may sound cliche that we treat each other like family but it's what's happening. There's utmost respect and fairness between each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my role and the amount of influence I have with new hires of the company. This helps set the motion for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the company having a global workforce, there should be understanding on the alignment between the compensation based on the location and the complexity of the work.
