I love RingCentral but there were still things that need to address. I appreciate how the company took care of us. I think not too many activities that cost too much should be minimized instead given to employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working hard for the success of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
TL is very supportive as well as the FS who assists us to resolve the issue.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WFH allowance especially I prefer working at home most days in a week. I think reporting to work at least a day for an employee like me who does not have many issues with the internet is fair enough and should be allowed by the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TL gives motivation. FS gives support. COMPENBEN team tried their best to provide positive vibes every week. But I think it is better not to spend too much on activities that add expenses to the company instead give it as additional for the employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work gives me the secure feeling that I am an individual that contributes to my family/govt. Being given 100 Support experience from customers really makes me feel great. But felt down if they gave DSAT scores because they were disgusted on another issue, not on the support that I gave.
