Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in other companies, order management pays double than my pay, i know because one of my previous teammates gets higher pay than what RC provide, i just dont leave because of the hassle starting up again from scratch- getting paperworks to get hired, etc. if can have 14th month pay.
