Team culture with a "We' attitude vs a "me" attitude. Everyone has the companies interest and well being mindset.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSU awards, Variable pay. Mental, emotional, and rational compensation even though cannot be measures by a number is also the best part of my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has RingCentral's best interest attitude. We all work hard and your contribution does not go unrecognized. People are busy but still willing to help.
