The overall experience is good, but since there was no real onboarding for my tasks/work it is sometimes very challenging to get things done. Unfortunately, documentation is not very good and finding information takes a lot of time and effort. A mentor would be helpful and in-person meetings.

My team is nice and they want to help.

Everyone loves what they are doing and are passionate about it. My co-workers are hard-working people and they work towards achieving their goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have set great goals for the company and make sure everyone is committed to achieving those goals. They are also very enthusiastic about what they are doing.
