What is the best part about your compensation package?
RC offers a competitive package with salary that's comparable to the market, bonuses, stock options, insurance. The little things matter as well: complete computer set up, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are extremely kind and willing to help. In the past 9 months, I have never once felt like I am tackling anything alone. That is powerful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team allows my to run my accounts and trust me to do well. They provide valuable feedback and ideas, and are open to my suggestions and ideas as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share knowledge so we can all win together. We also all get along and make efforts to speak to each regularly (we are all virtual) and get to know each other.
