Very nice people, smart, enthusiastic and willing to help and answer questions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is faire, the variable part is based on goals that are clear
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hectic environment, things changing all the time but also very slowed down by the multiple processes in place
