Very inclusive. Management keeps everything transparent - absolute fair treatment with respect & dignity. Empathetic - compassionate towards social causes.

Leadership team is with full of individuals with high energy, positive attitude with tremendous amount of domain knowledge who always strive to make RingCentral a world class organization. Even in such an economic downturn everywhere around the world, RingCentral is still making money - great job!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work remote (only way in future as well-life is tuned this way for good), we deliver 120-150% YOY productivity. Very senior team with avg experience of 20 yrs brings all aspects of prod mgmt with diff domain experience to the table. We r true to RC product i.e.work using any device-from anywhere
