It has been almost 2 years since I joined the company. Not just once I had a thought how great choice I made back then accepting the offer. Leaders reacted in a way how I would also treat other people with respect and willingness to support. That resonates a lot and makes me feel a great fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have top notch people here for sure. Both professionally skilled to learn from and great personalities to enjoy long-term relations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really have to worry about very little things. Almost everything either covered or support provided. From food in the office and paid voluntary vaccination to relocation service and compensations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom and common sense to pick what to work on. If something can be improved or requires immediate attention we typically pretty quickly to agree and work on improving customer experience or our own workflows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great combination of challenges and empathy. Especially during the extremely hard year of 2022. We had very clear guidance and lots of support. I think team works efficiently, making necessary decisions and adjusting company following the external changes and the market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness. I can openly give feedback to my manager without any fears, because I know they value it and more importantly they adjust. Another things is that even on remote work mode it really feels easy to reach out to any person on any level.
