When I started a few years ago the morale was up and it was about the people of the company, now I feel it's all about the money and what the executives want.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and support from one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and Guckenheimer staff!
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling challenged and that I have accomplished something great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the employees needs. They say they listen and hear us but things don't change. I would like more transparency from upper leadership and recognition of all teams here at RC.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salaries for employees on my team are all over the place and it seems based off gender and not seniority or skill level. I was given a bigger raise over a year ago and then nothing since. I also think compensation is not matching the inflation we're seeing which has been difficult.
