They are very supportive and we all help each other out, the culture is great within the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the company had actual pay transparency across all regions, if the company would post salary bands in workday next to your position. I feel undervalued because I know of men in the company with the same title who were promoted at the same time who make at least $8k more than me.
