When I started a couple years ago, it was fantastic and I was incredibly happy. Since our change in executive leadership about a year ago, myself and my coworkers fear for our jobs and feel like a number, not a person anymore.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and coworkers make me the happiest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work incredibly hard and we all genuinely care about each other and ensuring we work together to accomplish our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There has been more clarity around our performance and how we are rating against competitors which has been helpful insight to have from senior leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the base salary + MBOs + stock options, but by far the best benefit we have is the maternity and paternity leave policies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now my team is the best part about the culture and environment at the company. In general, the culture is challenging due to the fear of constant layoffs and feeling like the executive team doesn't necessarily care about our people.
