They are empathetic and do everything they can to assist the people under them.

None of them are pretentious and stuck up. They are easy to get along with and would consider as friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are just a bunch of people like me trying to get by and have their feet on the ground. They don't try to show dominance and treat everyone fairly.
