What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I belong and do not feel secluded at all. I am treated well and fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team makes it a point to let employees know that they are important in the organization - that they are loved and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we have different teams under different managers, we do not feel separated at all. Everyone is very kind and nice, and approachable as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work environment plays a big part in making me happy in going to work. I love the people I work with and the business process itself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My basic pay covers my needs and more so the fact that I still receive something more than that makes work much more exciting and so worth it!
