A positive related to RCs culture and enviornment is the DE&I groups.

What makes you most happy at work?

What makes me most happy about work is never really knowing how each day will go.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about my compensation package is the quarterly MBOs they really help me measure how much i accomplish.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best things about my team is we act like a family and everyone is there to help one another.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

What I like best about the leadership team is their push for further education and if you feel like you could do more they find ways to accomodate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people. Despite challenges, there's a strong sense of collaboration and support among peers, and many are genuinely invested in doing good work and helping each other succeed.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling trusted to own my work, having a supportive team, and knowing that what I do makes a real impact. Small wins and recognition also go a long way.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We collaborate well, support each other, and adapt quickly to challenges. Everyone brings a unique strength to the table, which helps us deliver high quality work while maintaining a positive team dynamic.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

What I like best about the leadership team is their openness to feedback and the level of trust they place in individual contributors. They've created a space for important conversations and encourage thoughtful dialogue, even when the topics are complex or challenging.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because my compensation doesn't reflect the level of responsibility I've taken on or the impact of my work. I've consistently gone above expectations & taken on additional duties outside my role. A compensation review that considers both market rates and internal equity would help
