I get to help my customers which are generally people I've built a relationship with and really like, so it's fulfilling to help them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know my executive leadership too well yet. However, my manager is excellent at supporting the team in every way possible, being transparent, and giving opportunities to take on projects and have the chance to stand out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm very satisfied with my compensation and my insurance benefits, but what is most impressive to me is the $20,000 lifetime fertility benefit through Carrot Fertility. It's not very common to have fertility benefits and it's incredibly appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with the best of the best. Everyone I work with on a day to day basis made it through 3 rounds of layoffs and an acquisition. We've been through a lot together and these are some of the smartest, hardest working people I've ever met.
