Things were good until Mo came into power. He drove the company culture into the ground and it hasn't recovered. Having wrong people in management that just dont care about the people or helping them succeed

Keep talent, quit hiring new people and promote internally, take pride in who is already on payroll
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know what my peers make and I making substantially less and doing the same work as them. Pay transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The culture right now is awful though, constant fear of getting laid off, uncertainty. It is a stressful, unhealthy situation.
