It has been a great experience since I've started with RingCentral. Almost everyone here is wiling to dive in and lend you a hand when needed. It is never the easiest starting out but RC definitely give you all the resources needed for you to be successful!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are many such as the many benefits but the best part is the MBO given.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to feel like I am able to accomplish what I am hired for. Not feeling like I am unable to complete my task but feel like I have the resources to make me successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some are the best things about my team are that we very supportive of each other. We create a healthy work environment where everyone supports and help each other to be successful as an individual and together as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With any process, there are always room for improvement. Especially we are going through many changes within the org but what remains unwavering is the amount of support leadership always gives us to make sure we are successful and get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive thing about our culture here is that almost everyone is willing to lend an hand and help you when you run into an issue. As a CSM, we run into issues with account happens daily and we have to know a bit of everything in order to help our accounts but RC people are always there to help
