This has been an overall terrible experience. The job sold to me while interviewing is not the job I am being tasked to do. Processes are confusing and enablement was awful. I constantly feel lost and system setup and documentation does nothing to help, it only hinders my ability to succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am getting paid less than much of my team while being responsible for significantly more work than them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't think 300 characters would be enough to answer this question. This has been the most painful and unorganized job I have ever had
