I've really enjoyed working here. I've already referred 2 people to work here, and one has already started working here, because of how much I like the work and the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That memes and jokes are welcomed, and everyone is always willing to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the company doesn't seem to try and justify costly and needless rental office space.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly bonus is nice, and I believe the Orange Theory package is pretty nice. Although it seems pretty convoluted on how to get it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on new things each day, and to have the freedom to work when I can, and step away, and handle personal affairs and business without being micro-managed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how we can actually be honest with them about how we feel, and what we don't like. There doesn't seem to be that unspoken BS about making sure we sacrifice ourselves and our mental health for the betterment of the company.
