none, nothing is positive. specifically on the production floor in Cubao, Philippines.

managers and team leaders should have leadership and management training so that they can develop their management skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to be better in all management aspects. leaders here doesn't care at all, they only care about their own metrics. They would like us to do a lot of things but never given us enough time to finish the task that they wanted us to do.
