Treat everyone the same way you would want to be treated. Pay proper attention. Treat everyone the same way you would treat your customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything looks good during the onboarding process. but after that you get the opposite. We need to be consistent about providing work-life balance. It feels like there's no life in this line of work specially with the support system.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at leading people in the right direction. They need to invest more passion in providing support specially during working hours. They need to focus more on the job during working hours instead of agendas that are non work related. They need to think of ways to improve.
