What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all currently learning at the same time, and everyone is making themselves available to assist!
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm still figuring that out so great question :) I look forward to talking with clients, but until I get them I'm learning and listening.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't learned how we bonus per say just yet, so I'd love to know more and the benefit of our bonus going back into the company vs our pockets?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's been a healthy, all hands on deck environment thus far, and even learning from different leaders, sitting in on their calls and understanding the business from their perspective has been helpful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive, Honest, Realistic, Understanding. Being a newhire, my leadership team is diligent in enuring I'm getting the tools, training and connections I need to feel more comfortable in my role. I'm grateful for the understanding and patience with us.
