The salary is on top here since I can safely say I am well compensated on my work

Probably the work environment itself. No one is toxic just doing that task you were intended and make sure the quality of work you do each day

Their eagerness to help me as a newbie in the team. They pretty much welcome me at all the aspects of the team and made sure that I am not a stranger in this company
