They always approach me if there's a room for improvement. Which I really like the most, since it helps me to grow and be better.

We are working in a small office since we are few in numbers, but the good thing is it is easy for us to interact with each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the commission structure, Even if we are not yet a regular employee, we are still getting full commission even if we didn't hit the goal/quota per month.
