Great engineers and a mature product, but the work organization is outdated or poor in many aspects. Still, there are many opportunities for career advancement and doing cool things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem passionate and focused on the company's growth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are minimal, so I don't feel protected in terms of health risks
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many highly skilled professionals, some are truly A-players. Some people are enthusiastic and initiative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a certain level of autonomy that allows me to innovate and push the boundaries.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1. Goal-oriented culture instead of "do what they say". 2. Make everyone accountable for specific and valuable results. A LOT of people only produce some noise, or run back and forth without adding value, or do useless things.
