What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a good environment, always laughing at each other's jokes making the work happier, but not forgetting that we have some serious work to finish.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the compensation increase that was not given last year, although there has been a spot bonus. I think it will be better to have an increase in the basic pay than a spot bonus.
